What should an inventory sheet include?
A useful inventory list template tracks each product, its SKU, category, unit, quantity in stock, reorder level and supplier. With those columns you can spot low stock at a glance and reorder before you sell out. This free inventory template exports straight to a Google Sheets or Excel-ready CSV.
Can I import this into Google Sheets?
Yes. Download the CSV, then in Google Sheets use File → Import → Replace spreadsheet to load your inventory spreadsheet with clean column types.
How are low-stock items shown?
Any row where quantity is at or below the reorder level is highlighted in amber so you know what to restock.
